Tengai Makyou: Daishi no Mokushiroku

Tengai Makyo is one of the first RPG to make use of CD-Rom back in the PC Engine days, enjoying huge following in the process and has a lasting effect on RPG development. This version is a port of the same game that appeared on the Sega Saturn in 1997. New content appears in the forms of new movies, characters and additional stories. The trademark first person view once players entered a battle is retained, as does the top view and 2D world, which will change to side view occasionally. Taking place in 1899’s America, when monsters rule the mainland, this is the adventure of 16 years old Rizing from Alaska to New York, the main story is guaranteed to take up to 50 hours of play, and a great numbers of mini-games and sub-stories make this one huge game.
