Your new home in MHP 2nd is almost a complete upgrade from MHP. While the things to do and stuff inside are almost the same, it certainly looks much better and comfortable.
Items Box
MHP 2nd's Items Box has been expanded to allow you to keep up to four pages of items, weapons, armors and the new ornaments. Unlike MHP, you don't have to unlock these pages. And it helps a lot that Items Box can be found in the kitchen and farm as well.

Information Magazine
