If you’re looking for a good 2D fighting game on the go, then Capcom’s Vampire Chronicle: The Chaos Tower (Darkstalkers Chronicle: The Chaos Tower in the US) not only looks great but also plays well. So good that Capcom decided it worth another reprint (a PSP The Best version was out back in 2005) and set for release on April 24th in Japan. You can pre-order it at Play-Asia.com for $19.90.
