You have to buy the another form of Cloud, in PP Catalog, it cost 300 PP.
Then on Cloud customization menu, click triangle to switch it.

Maybe you already fiigured out by now.

Uhhmm I used cloud to fight cloud and the other cloud had the black costume with the diff sword is there by any chance changing the costume?? if there is please email me at blade_of_dawn@yahoo.com Thank you!

It’s $10 cheaper now (at Play-Asia at least, didn’t check YesAsia) and as always, there’s no difference between the two at all.
