Enterbrain: Eight Million PSP Sold

Enterbrain publish the sales data of Japan video game market for the period between Jan 28 and Feb 24 through Famitsu website. Although Nintendo Wii’s Dairantou Smash Bros. X (aka Super Smash Bros. Brawl) and Wii Fit continue to dominate the month’s sales, PSP has a very showing as well. The report says that Sony has sold 8 million units of the handheld so far and with Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G’s March 27th release, things are looking great for our system. On the software front, Mobile Suit Gundam: Giren no Yabou - Axis no Kyoui, who get its own special edition PSP, is the fourth best selling software of the period.
