Besides adventure games, fighting is another genre that keep getting announced for the PSP (Bleach: Heat The Soul 6 was announced last weekend) and Capcom is the latest publisher to join the fight with the port of Fate/Unlimited Codes, which came out on PS2 just two months ago. Based on Type Moon‘s popular eroge series Fate/Stay Night, the game features an original storyline with rich cast of voice actors. The PSP version is called Fate/Unlimited Codes Portable and will features new elements that Capcom promised will enhance the battles greatly.
For the battle system, “Reflect Dash” is added to increase the sense of speed during battles since it allows players to defend and attack at the same time. There will be new costumes for some of the characters too, Rider is seen in her Fate/hollow ataraxia outfit. Naturally, there will be two-players battle via the Ad-Hoc Mode.
This will also be the third PSP game for the series, Fate/Tiger Colosseum and Fate/Tiger Colosseum Upper came out in 2007 and 2008 respectively and sold pretty well. Fate/Unlimited Codes Portable will come out this June in Japan, check out the first screens after the jump.
