Gihren’s Greed Returns On PSP

Bandai is bringing the latest entry in their popular Gihren no Yabou (Gihren’s Greed in English) series to the PSP. Mobile Suit Gundam: Giren no Yabou - Axis no Kyoui was announced during Tokyo Game Show 2007 and reported in the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu, there are finally some screens of the turn-based strategy game based on the huge Gundam universe. This is the series first new game in 5 years so fans of series can expect plenty of new content.

On top of the originals, two new works will be included this time, they are “MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM ΖΖ” and “MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM Char’s Counter Attack”, and as a result, there are plenty more units available.

Player can pick from five available camps, they are Earth Federation and Principality of Zeon of One Year War, A.E.U.G., Titans and Axis of Gryps Conflict.




The game is set to come out in Japan on Feb 7 and Play-Asia.com has the game available for pre-orders. Check out this video interview between Famitsu and the game’s producer at Famitsu Wave TV.

They have just announced a special edition red & black PSP that will goes on sale February 7th in Japan, the same day as the game’s official release date.
