Mario Kart Wii made a great first week to deny Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G it’s third week at the top spot of the Japanese charts. The game sold more than 600,000 copies while MHP 2ndG did 200,000. It’s great to see Star Ocean 2 The Second Evolution breaks the 100,000 marks and a place among the top 10. The first game, Star Ocean The First Departure, did around 180,000 so far. On the hardware front, PSP continues to lead the pack with more than 90,000 units sold.
