Japan Weekly Software Ranking (Jan 21 - Jan 27)

Great week for the PSP, three games for our system can be seen in all the latest charts in Japan. Konami’s Winning Eleven: Ubiquitos Evolution 2008 did particularly well, charting at number two with around 70,000 copies sold. Another new Top 10 entry this week is Sting’s Yggdra Union: We’ll Never Fight Alone with more than 17,000 copies sold. Monster Hunter Portable 2nd refused to give up it’s Top 10 position too. The PSP itself is moving at great pace too, more than 60,000 units this week according to Enterbrain. One only need to look at the latest Amazon Japan chart to find out why, the system occupy 6 spots in the Top 10 with it’s color variation!
