Capcom send out more information on Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G, this time details on the expanded Upper Class Quests and some new weapons & armors, let’s take a look. Info and images via Famitsu, Gpara and Game Watch.

Upper Class Quests

Originally only available in the Guild Hall, Upper Class Quests are now available from Nekooto, the Village Elder’s new assistant. I am by no means a good Monster Hunter player and had troubles with even the 5 stars quests, so seeing those 7, 8 and 9 stars really send shivers down my spine.

Nekooto warns us of the danger in Upper Class Quests but tease us with the rewards.

Some of the 7 stars quests, where hunter will comes face to face with some of the new monsters and revisit maps from Monster Hunter Portable.

Great Sword

Famitsu says you can cut the monster in half with this Great Sword with just one swing provided you charge enough. The new sharpness color, purple is shown as well.

Samurai Blade

A personal favorite for me, Samurai Blade is really effective against some monsters.
