Mimana Iyar Chronicle Announced For PSP

Mimana Iyar Chronicle is an RPG originally announced for PC late last year, however it seems that the game will now come out on PSP first. Kogado Studio, fame for their adventure games on PS2 and PC, is currently working on the game with GungHo Works the publisher.
A traditional RPG said to be heavy on story, the game takes place on an unknown planet on its way to full recovery after being attacked by the Far Star (my translation) demon, who was defeated with a demon stone. However, when the demon stone suddenly reappears, the world seems to be at risk again. Gekko, whose previous works include Tales of Destiny 2, is working on the script while Ufotable (Tales of Symphonia: The Animation) is responsible for the animated cut scenes.
The game features random battles and players can control the main character during battles, the rest of the party members make their moves according to order set by the players before the battle. The developers emphasize that the game is easy to pick up and perfectly suitable for handheld. Mimana Iyar Chronicle is currently without release date, check out the official website or Game Watch for more info.
