The Monster Hunter Festa ‘08 continues its tour at Osaka Merchandise Mart yesterday and Famitsu vice editor Otsuka Hideyuki, as excited as ever, was there with the hunters. More than 4,000 hunters came to the event near Capcom’s headquarters and lines to the entrance stretches to the next subway station. Producer Ryozo Tsujimoto was there to meet the fans and reiterate that Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G has now shipped more than 2 million copies. The response to the event has so far been phenomenal and the crowd was packed everywhere it goes. It will be interesting to see how far this will push the sales of the game this two weeks.
