Monster Hunter Festa ‘08 third leg was held in Sapporo last Saturday. Producer Ryozo Tsujimoto & co were again present in Sapporo Convention Center to play a quest of Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G in front of the fans, give away prizes to district winners of Monster Hunter championship and talk about the game. About 2,500 hunters came to the event in Sapporo Convention Center.

There is a Monster Hunter illustration contest where fans submit their artworks and the developers take their picks. Here’s a favorite of game planner Shintaro Kojima.
