New Gamebook-Based SRPG: Queen’s Blade: Spiral Chaos
One of the three new games (Evangelion: Prologue and Puyo Puyo 7 are the other two) being announced for PSP in the upcoming issue of Weekly Famitsu is Bandai Namco’s SRPG with characters in sexy outfits Queen’s Blade: Spiral Chaos. Based on the popular gamebook series Queen’s Blade, you can now “fight against the beautiful fighters from the visual book on PSP”, says the headline on the photo above. Besides beautiful character design by Poyoyon Rock and their voice actress, you can inflict “humiliating armor damage” on you opponents with the help of hot looking cut-ins of the damage sequence… hmm. The game is 50% done and will be out this year in Japan.

I’m disappointed at Famitsu’s contents for psp this week when I peeked on the index. My first thought when seeing Queen’s Blade is: “Oh dear, just another borderline ADV maybe?”
