New Original Character Revealed For Radiant Mythology 2

Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2

The upcoming issue of Weekly Famitsu has a final report on Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2, which will go on sale next Thursday in Japan. Tales of Phantasia‘s Dhaos, Tales of Destiny‘s Barbatos and an all new character named Gude (above, not sure what is the official English name) are revealed. Also shown in the scan are the online features, they are free item download, upload/download characters created by you or other players and also an interesting features called EX Attack that seems to rank you based on your result in downloadable quests. The goodies doesn’t ends there, your character can earn special title as rewards for progress made in Story Mode, there are randomly generated dungeons (World Tree Cave?) for you to challenge and last but not least, weapon upgrade.

Update: The game got reviewed in the mag too and it got a gold with 32/40 (or 8,8,8,8), slightly better than the first game’s 30/40. Bandai Namco says career (Story Mode) takes 40 hours to complete but 150 hours if you check out the extras.
