Now Open: Monster Hunter Shop

Monster Hunter Shop

Thanks to Capcom, the summer monster hunting craze just wouldn’t end. Monster Hunter Frontier, the online version of the hit series, is in full swing; the upcoming Monster Hunter Portable 2nd Summer Pack generated lots of interest; the summer course for beginners starts next month; and Capcom latest efforts is the opening of Monster Hunter Shop in Akiba for a limited time period until August 31st.

The place is a dream for any Monster Hunter fans, it’s almost a Monster Hunter museum, with everything from figures to phone chains can be found here. Here’s lots of pictures of them.

Those piggies and cats are hard to resist, aren’t they?

Monster Hunter Shop

The one ring to rule them all. This Kusharudaora ring should put fear into any monster you’ll be facing in the long summer holiday.

Monster Hunter Shop

The Monster Hunter trading card game looks interesting to me, here’s hoping it will get a release outside Japan as well.

The Monster Hunter action figures and weapons are stuff that I will buy without second thought. They look so detailed even from the picture.

Key and phone chains are the default items for anything in Japan.
