1Up has a short but nice article of what to expect from Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops Plus, especially the Infinity Mission which is a “randomly-compiled, with each mission consisting of predetermined level chunks assembled in a nearly limitless array of combinations”. It’s cool to know there are quite a number of new stages for online shooting as well and personally, I am really looking forward to play as Old Snake and Raiden. It worth noting that Portable Ops Plus is very much an expansion pack and hence the story mode in the original is out. No special pack that includes both games has been announced so far but it’s only around $30.00 for the original and $19.90 for Portable Ops Plus now at Amazon.
