Here are more comparison pictures of PSP-2000 (Slim & Lite) and PSP-3000 from the various Japanese medias, of which some of their western counterparts also did so already.

Physical Comparison

As mentioned in the early comparison, although there is no change in weight, thickness and size, the PSP-3000 is more rounded on the edge. There are also some positional change for the logos, the Sony logo is now on the left and the PlayStation logo has replaced the Home button. Famitsu speculates that this could means some PS3 related functions in future. Also note that the built in microphone located right next to the PSP logo. Finally, the ring surrounding the PSP logo at the back is now thinner.

LCD Comparison

The biggest change so far (I still believe there will be more changes to be announced latter) is the LCD. Famitsu says that primary colors are now brighter and human skin looks healthier, it also believe that future titles will take advantage of this for maximum expression.
