Star Soldier Joins PC Engine Best Collection
Hudson added the Star Soldier series to its upcoming PC Engine Best Collection compilations for release in Japan this September. The titles included are Super Star Soldier, Star Soldier, Soldier Blade and Star Parodier. Among the bonus content appears to be a movie featuring commentary by Takahashi Meijin, master player of the series. The two other PC Engine Best Collection are Tengai Makyou Collection and Ginga Ojousama Densetsu Collection, both coming at the end of this month in Japan. Soldier Collection (PC Engine Best Collection) is available for pre-order at Play-Asia.com for $29.90.

All these great PC Engine collections, wonder what will be next on the list.
July 4th, 2008 at 10:14 amI really hope these collections are released to the rest of the world somewhere down the line. I want the ‘Soldier Collection’ and I have the money to buy it, but I don’t have a credit card, nor do I have the transportation needed that can get me to the nearest city to import the game myself.
Please, please, PLEASE, HUDSON, share with us poor Canadian saps your PC engine glory days!
