Tales of Rebirth Ported To PSP

At a press conference in Japan earlier today, Namco revealed their plans for the Tales of series in the country. Four projects are currently in the work, three of them are new entry in the series and one of them is a port of a PS2 title. Lucky DS owners will be getting an original title in the form of Tales of Innocence this winter. PS2 gets a title based on Tales of Destiny and Wii owners can look forward to new title based on Tales of Symphonia.
The PSP has received 3 ports from the series so far and the trend continues with the port of Tales of Rebirth, a 2004 game for the PS2 which features Three-Line Linear Motion for its battle system. The release date is being set for early next year. Among the new additions are wide screen support and a new gallery mode. A few pictures from the conference after the jump. Via Gemaga.
