They finally released the PV from Tales Festival.

BTW, seems all of them will get Hi-Ougi. From the newest ToVS article from Dengeki Online, they show some picture for Senel’s and Eugene’s.
Senel’s Hi-Ougi is Banbutsushin Tsuigeki, Senel’s strongest Arte in ToL which can event make the Last Boss kiss the land ^^’ (Though it seems they add some varieties)

I shouldn’t have seen too much info on something I’ve planned on getting later… ;_;
