What’s New In SRW A Portable?

Apart from being a faithful port of the GBA version, Super Robot Wars A Portable for the PSP has quite a few improvements and new elements, GNN has all the information.
The game’s graphics is said to have undergone some major upgrades and it is now closer in quality to the PS2 games of the series. Other enhancements include fully voiced battle scenes, more details on the 2D maps which can be zoom in or out with the analog stick and the inclusion of elements from the series’ PS2 games.
There will be some new additions and fine tuning to the game system as well. These include new skills for the pilots, an all new “Trust” system that will has effects on your attack or defense and upgrading a particular armor will now increase the overall your mech’s overall abilities.
The game is more players friendly now as well, expect a much shorter loading time especially for those with PSP Slim & Lite. The game can be played in either the original 4:3 dimension or to take advantage of PSP 16:9 wide screen. Super Robot Wars A Portable will be out in Japan this Jun 19th.
