As the title suggests, the game will features characters from two of the company most popular series, those confirmed so far appeared to be Adol, Dogi (screen with them in Ys Seven above) and Olha for Ys with Joshua, Tita and Estelle representing Sora no Kiseki. Fuurai no Shiren 3 Portable Official Website Opens

Really happy to see Fushigi no Dungeon Fuurai no Shiren 3 Portable being announced, I’m a big fans of the artworks being produced for the game and the idea that dying means all the way back to Level 1 sounds intriguing :) Chunsoft put up the of the dungeon crawler with some basic info and the new stuff that the PSP version is getting. They are six new original dungeons, online support (not quite sure what’s in there beside online ranking), readjusted game balance and data install for faster loading. The release date is January 28th in Japan.

Director Shares More New Enhancements For Persona 3 Portable

There’s a new post over at Famitsu’s Persona 3 Portable Creator’s Blog in which Director Azusa Kido shares more details of the new changes being made to the PSP version. These includes more customization options for Skill Cards, full voice for Commu System (Social Link), instructions to your party member during battles, new recovery items, conversation with your party member in the dungeons and also improvement to the Calendar system. Fate/Extra: Re-imagining The Fate Series With RPG

We’ve seen quite a few fighting games for PSP from Type-Moon popular Fate/stay night but as described by Weekly Famitsu in its opening paragraph for Fate/Extra report, this is not a side story nor sequel, but a “completely reborn” Fate world. The “fighting-themed dungeon crawling RPG” is a joined efforts between Type-Moon and imageepoch with Marvelous the publisher.

Imageepoch’s Kazuya Niinou, who is the Director of another big upcoming RPG for PSP, Last Ranker, is the Producer for Fate/Extra with Kadowaki Shouetsu (Blue Dragon, Luminous Arc 2 and a big Fate fans) in the Director role. Like previous Fate games, the series’ creators from Type-Moon will be supervising the game. Kinoko Nasu is the Scenario Supervisor with Takashi Takeuchi the Character Supervisor.
